Bars In Downtown Ocean City

When staying at the Bonita Beach Hotel, visit these bars and restaurants located nearby!

There are plenty of bars to go to down the strip and on the boards, but here are four bars you can’t miss on your next downtown bar crawl.

Purple Moose Saloon Logo

Purple Moose Saloon

“Located on the Boardwalk between Talbot and Caroline Streets, the Purple Moose is “rock ‘n roll heaven on the beach,” according to the Purple Moose website, and I couldn’t have said it better if I tried. If you’re tired of listening to Pop and EDM in every other bar you go and just want some good ol’ rock ‘n roll, this is definitely the place to be with live performances of your favorite rock tunes. Oh, and word on the street is they make the best Bloody Marys.

Cork Bar & Grill Logo

Cork Bar & Grill

The Cork Bar on Wicomico Street, said to serve the coldest beer in town. It has a great grill with pool tables, a shuffle bowl board, electronic dart board, and a jukebox loaded with just about any music. Fans of the Cork Bar promise the coldest beers and friendliest bartenders in Ocean City that’ll have you coming back for more.

M. R. Ducks Logo

M. R. Ducks

Located right next to the Route 50 bridge, on Talbot St. M.R. Ducks is the place to be whether you’re looking for live bands, beautiful sunsets, savory food, cold drinks, you name it. While you’re there, you must chug-a-duck! A chug-a-what? It’s an upside down duck filled with your favorite drink and then you…well you chug! I’d show you a picture, but it’s best to see for yourself.

Harborside Bar & Grill

Harborside Bar & Grill

If you don’t mind going over the Rt. 50 bridge, Harborside is located off Golf Course Rd. on Harbor Rd. “Home of the Original Orange Crush,” Harborside is known for their casual and friendly atmosphere. If you’re looking for a relaxing bar to eat and hang out with friends, this is it. Fish tacos anyone?
