Location, close to many attractions and restaurants. Right on the boardwalk. Great view from our balcony. Barracuda restaurant had great food. The aroma in the main lobby, reminds you of being on an island. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Would stay their again.

We love this hotel. We have been here 3 years in a row. It is the perfect location on the boardwalk. Rooms are bigger then most around. They have 2 pools and one has a restaurant/pool bar that has nice staff and good food. Would def recommend?

The stay was great and the staff was few, but very nice. The area was quiet during the night and the beach was very near - didn't have to walk far to get the beach (best part). The partial view from my view was great!

We come to Ocean City every other year an stay here. We LOVE Crystal Beach!!!!!

The rooms were very spacious, as were the bathrooms. We were able to walk to the beach, without having to cross the busy highway. Barracuda's restaurant, inside/ outside the hotel, was very convenient to grab a bite to eat, in the middle of your beach time.

The amenities were fantastic! The staff was very welcoming and pleasant! They even allowed us to come back and us the amenities after check out. A great family oriented place! Highly recommended!

We loved being on the 5th floor, nice view. Next time I would like to stay a little more towards the boardwalk. Great bed, could use better pillows. The kitchenette was nice, microwave, toaster and coffee pot. Big bathroom. Loved the jetted tub. The staff was very helpful when we had questions about the facility. The pool by the Barracuda Bar was open and well kept. The food at the Barracuda Bar was plentiful and good. We shared the Barracuda Como great value for the money. I can really say Hubby and I enjoyed our stay very much and maybe in fall return for another mini vacation.
